How to Use — Step by Step
Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring.
Rest your arm on a table, at heart level.
Wrap the cuff securely around your upper arm (2–3 cm above elbow) or wrist.
Press START / MEASURE. The cuff inflates, then smoothly deflates.
Wait for the display to show systolic / diastolic / pulse.
Take 2–3 readings at 1–2 minute intervals and use the average for better reliability.
⚠️ Use the same arm each time for consistency. Don’t talk or move during measurement.
