The core pneumatic architecture relies on an oil-free internal compressor coupled with a dual-bed Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) system. Ambient air is drawn through a multi-stage filtration assembly to remove gross particulate matter and airborne contaminants before entering the pressurized sieve beds. These beds contain a high-grade crystalline zeolite molecular sieve, a specialized mineral material that preferentially adsorbs nitrogen under pressure while allowing purified oxygen to pass through into a centralized storage tank.
